SpendLens — End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective: 2026-06-15

This EULA is between you and Manookian LLC (UAE), trading as Stevinator, for the SpendLens software.

1. License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SpendLens on Macs you own or control, subject to these terms.

• One-time purchase: a perpetual license to the purchased major version’s local features.

2. Restrictions

You may not: redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app; share license keys; remove notices; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent licensing except where the law expressly permits.

3. Updates

Updates within your major version may be provided at our discretion. New major versions may require a new purchase.

4. Ownership

SpendLens is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights.

5. Third-party components

SpendLens includes open-source components under their own licenses (for example, PDF and data-parsing libraries). Attributions are available on request.

6. Your data

SpendLens stores all imported statements and derived data locally on your device. We have no access to it. You are responsible for its backup and security.

7. Termination

This license ends if you breach it. On termination, stop using the app and delete your copies.
